The Festus Osifo Foundation was established with a singular conviction: that lasting change requires more than charity — it demands the transformation of the systems that perpetuate inequality. Founded by Festus Osifo, a distinguished leader in Nigeria's labour movement and public life, the Foundation channels decades of advocacy experience into structured, measurable development programs.
From its earliest interventions in economic empowerment to its expanding footprint across education, health, gender equity, and climate resilience, the Foundation has grown into a credible institution trusted by communities, governments, and international partners alike. Today, the Foundation operates across 12 states, has deployed over ₦1.85 billion in grants and program funding, and has directly impacted more than 32,500 individuals.
